Terms of Business
In quoting for the supply of an item, we are not claiming to (nor implying that we) have said item in stock. We would normally be able to obtain and supply within 2–14 working days. (Working days are Monday to Friday).
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch and American Express. Due to the nature of the clearing system your credit card payment will be taken at the point of ordering. If a problem in supply should occur we will of course make a refund as appropriate.
Returns and Refunds
Goods returned as unwanted must be returned unused and in perfect condition. We cannot accept responsibility for items that have been damaged during fitting. Items that show signs of being fitted will not be accepted for refund. All modules and pcb's are NON RETURNABLE items and not under warranty by the OEM as their policy is central to the fact they are not present at the time of fitting and thus cannot assess the expertise of the fitter.
Returns will only be accepted for credit or refund with an AUTHORIZED RETURNS REFERENCE, and may be subject to a restocking charge. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning items unless agreed otherwise.
We do not supply on a trial basis. We expect that the fault has been correctly diagnosed prior to ordering. If you are unsure please seek professional advice from a qualified appliance engineer before ordering spares. Parts incorrectly ordered will be subject to a restocking charge.
Once a ‘Special Order’ has been processed it cannot be cancelled, nor can the item be returned for refund. You will be advised at the time of order if the part required is a ‘special’.
Most of the parts we sell carry a 6–month guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship. In the unlikely event of component failure please contact our technical department by email to firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the fault and to arrange the return of the faulty item for testing and repair or replacement.
Appliances carry a minimum 12–month guarantee. In the unlikely event of failure contact the manufacturer concerned. Contact details can be found in the user handbook. In the event of difficulty please contact our service department by email to email@example.com.
Stock items are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Most small items are dispatched by first class Royal Mail. Heavier items such as motors are usually dispatched by Parcelforce standard delivery or an alternative carrier. This service usually takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery is available at additional cost.
